Last updated: November 2, 2026
At Alliance Tutoring, we are committed to protecting the privacy of the students and families we serve. This Privacy Policy explains how personal information collected from you is used, shared, and protected when you visit https://alliancetutoring.com (the Site), contact us, or work with us as a client.
Text messaging and client communications
1. Mobile Communication and Data Security
All text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will be held in the strictest confidence; this information will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We strictly utilize text messaging for personal, one-on-one operational coordination regarding scheduled academic sessions, updates, and logistics between clients and their dedicated account managers.
2. Information Collection and Confidentiality
We collect only the essential personal contact information (names, email addresses, and phone numbers) provided directly by clients during their onboarding consultation. This data is used exclusively to facilitate bespoke educational support and premium client services.
3. Client Preferences and Communication Control
Communication via text message is entirely elective and established purely for client convenience. Clients may opt out of text updates or switch to an exclusive email-only or phone-only communication preference at any point by notifying their dedicated manager directly.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Message frequency varies based on your scheduled sessions and coordination needs. You may also reply STOP to any text message to end text communications, or HELP for assistance.
